Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, institutional and multi-family construction projects from planning through completion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage the complete life-cycle of construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Lead project meetings and maintain client communication. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders. Monitor project costs, quality, safety and schedule performance. Resolve project issues while minimizing risk. Ensure successful project close-out and turnover. Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience. Experience delivering commercial, institutional or multi-family projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts and project controls. Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar platforms is considered an asset. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. What You’ll Do Monitor, operate, and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) and computerized building controls. Conduct routine inspections of boilers, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and other mechanical systems. Inspect mechanical rooms and building infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment, including replacing filters, belts, and related components. Support preventative maintenance programs and energy efficiency initiatives. Inspect and test fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire pumps, generators, and other life safety systems. Assist with generator testing and maintenance of emergency backup systems. Ensure building operations comply with safety regulations, codes, and operational standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms and operational spaces. Respond to tenant maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. Perform preventative suite maintenance and assist with general building maintenance tasks. Support suite turnover activities, including inspections and minor repairs to prepare units for new occupants. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to urgent building issues such as water leaks, heating failures, or electrical concerns. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in HVAC, mechanical systems, or building operations is considered an asset. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical building systems. Experience operating Building Automation Systems (BAS) and computerized building controls. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical problem-solving skills. Ability to manage preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize operational needs effectively. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties. Basic hand tools required for the role. Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, access mechanical spaces, and perform maintenance tasks in a building environment. Role Overview We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a professional landscaping company based in Calgary, for an experienced Landscaper. This role is suited to someone with 3–5 years of industry experience in landscaping who is confident operating equipment, working independently or within a crew, and delivering high-quality outdoor projects.
