We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client to support the daily upkeep and repair of property systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform scheduled, preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly. Supervise vendors and contractors. Provide access control for service personnel when an entry has been authorized. Ensure maintenance records, files, and documentation are maintained. Maintain stock, maintenance supplies, and complete regular inventories. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, or concerns. Skills & Qualifications 3 years Maintenance or Handyman experience. High School Diploma. Minimum 5th Class Power Engineering Certification. Must be able to lift at least 30 kilograms. Ability to problem solve and provide high-level customer service. Strong communications skills both verbal and written. Familiarity with smartphone and tablet technology. Hospitality experience would be considered an asset. Previous construction experience is an asset. Previous plumbing experience would be considered an asset.
