  • Match candidates with jobs and manage applications.
  • Administer payroll and employee services.
  • Manage client accounts and invoices.

3. Use of Financial Institutions and Third-Party Services

To provide our financial services, we use trusted financial institutions and third-party providers:

We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to securely gather financial information from your accounts. By using our services, you authorize KPI Inc. to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution via Plaid. Your information may be transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid to provide the Service.

We also use financial institutions to process ACH transfers, moving funds between your bank account and KPI Inc. to facilitate the use of our services.

All third-party providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes specified.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share information with:

  • Employers or clients to provide staffing services.
  • Trusted service providers (e.g., payroll processors, IT providers, financial partners).

We keep personal information only as long as necessary and then securely delete or anonymize it.
