Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 2026
All sales are final once a service has been ordered, initiated, delivered, or made available through KPI.ca.
1. When a Refund May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered where KPI determines that a billing error has occurred, including duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or a service that could not be provided due to an error attributable to KPI.
2. What Is Non-Refundable
Third-party fees, background screening fees, verification fees, and other services that have already been initiated with an external provider are non-refundable once processing has begun.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original method of payment.
4. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact info@kpi.ca with the date of the charge and the amount. Including the receipt from your card statement or the confirmation email helps us find it faster.
