Our client is seeking a polished and service-oriented Resident Services Associate to support the resident experience and day-to-day operations of a luxury residential community in Edmonton.
This is a hands-on role combining resident services, guest services, customer service, front-desk support and light building operations. The successful candidate will be highly visible within the property and will regularly interact with residents, guests, contractors, delivery personnel and onsite teams.
The initial assignment is expected to run for approximately three months on a full-time basis, with a combination of daytime/midday and afternoon shifts, including some weekends. There may be an opportunity to remain with the organization afterward in a permanent part-time capacity.
This opportunity could be particularly well suited to someone seeking short-term full-time employment, transitioning between roles, returning to the workforce, or looking to gain experience within a high-quality residential environment.
Welcome residents, guests, contractors and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Act as a first point of contact for resident questions, requests and general assistance
Assist residents with parcel-locker access and package-related inquiries
Coordinate deliveries and support mailroom activity
Manage and coordinate elevator bookings for resident moves, deliveries and service requirements
Support resident move-ins and move-outs
Assist with suite inspections as required
Conduct routine inspections and walkthroughs of common areas and building spaces
Perform regular building patrols and identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety or operational concerns
Maintain an accurate daily log book documenting activities, incidents, requests and follow-up requirements
Coordinate with maintenance, operations, cleaning and other onsite teams when resident or building issues require attention
Help ensure common areas remain welcoming, orderly and presentable
Monitor visitor and service-provider activity and assist with building access requirements
Provide courteous and professional assistance when dealing with complaints, service concerns or unexpected situations
Support general building operations and administrative requirements as needed
Previous customer-facing, guest services, customer service or hospitality experience
Five-star hotel, luxury hospitality or other high-touch service experience would be a strong asset
Professional and polished communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple requests and priorities
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Able to remain calm and solutions-focused when issues arise
Comfortable completing building walkthroughs and inspections
Strong written communication skills for maintaining logs and operational records
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Reliable, proactive and team-oriented
