Role Overview

Our premier hospitality firm is currently seeking a Cook 2 role focused on delivering consistent, high-quality food production in a banquet kitchen. Works closely with the Banquet Sous Chef to support efficient culinary operations for events and banquets.

• Follows all applicable health regulations and safe food handling practices.

• Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.

• Monitors food cost, portion control, and waste reduction practices.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent training.

• Journeyman certification or progress toward Red Seal certification is considered an asset.

• Culinary education is considered an asset.

• Flexible schedule and availability required.
