About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing residential team in Calgary. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or real estate who enjoy building relationships and helping people find their next home.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will guide prospective residents through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting occupancy goals.

What You'll Do

• Respond to leasing inquiries and prospect leads
• Conduct property tours and showcase available suites and amenities
• Build relationships with prospective residents and identify housing solutions that meet their needs
• Coordinate applications, lease documentation, approvals, and move-ins
• Maintain prospect follow-up and leasing records
• Support occupancy and resident retention initiatives
• Participate in resident engagement activities and events
• Collaborate with on-site teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable using technology and business software applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal record check and security screening

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 - $60,000 base salary
• Commission program
• Total earning potential of $80,000 - $120,000+
