A private ownership group is seeking a senior property professional to oversee performance and operations across a residential portfolio. This role is hands-on with site leadership, financial oversight, and asset standards.
Salary 120K+ plus bonus and full benefits.
• Direct support and oversight of multiple community managers
• Budget ownership, financial review, and performance tracking
• Routine site walks focused on physical condition and operational execution
• Vendor coordination and capital planning input
• Market awareness to support occupancy and revenue stability
• Residential & Commercial portfolio experience
• Strong budgeting and financial review capability
• Operational leadership across several properties at once
• Vendor and contract oversight
• Ability to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Senior property leader or multi-site manager within rental housing or mixed portfolios. Comfortable working directly with ownership and accountable for results.
