About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will assist with daily operations, material handling, site or facility maintenance, and general labour duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour and physical duties as assigned.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.

• Assist skilled tradespeople and other team members with daily tasks.

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Assist with equipment, material, and workplace cleanup.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Assist with receiving, staging, and transporting materials.

• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or other workplace concerns.

• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous general labour, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an asset.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift materials as required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver's license is an asset.

• Safety tickets or equipment certifications are an asset.
