


The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and maintaining a neat, welcoming environment. This role ensures each space is clean, comfortable, and prepared to provide an excellent guest experience.

Delivering a high standard of cleanliness and guest service while following established procedures and guidelines.
Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly and restocking required items.
Reporting equipment issues, safety concerns, low inventory, and incidents, including lost and found items.
Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors.
Changing and replenishing linens and towels.
Disposing of waste and recyclables responsibly and restocking supplies.
Responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Completing scheduled deep cleaning tasks.
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Protecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
Following all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Performing additional related duties as assigned.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow instructions and deliver high levels of guest satisfaction.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements such as standing, bending, and stretching for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, healthcare, or commercial cleaning environments.
First Aid certification.
WHMIS certification.
