KPI is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction-related projects.

This role is suited to a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and can successfully manage projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects while balancing timelines, budgets, quality, and priorities.

• Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare scopes of work, review proposals, and support procurement and contract administration.

• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate project updates.

• Conduct site visits and ensure work meets project requirements and applicable standards.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction, project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, administrative, and time management skills.

• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.

• The ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.

• A solid understanding of construction practices and building systems.

• A working knowledge of lease agreements is considered an asset.

• Relevant education, certification, training, or an equivalent combination of experience.
