
Seeking a seasonal Cook 2 for a restaurant kitchen, responsible for delivering consistent quality and production in an organized and efficient manner.
Seasonal position running from May to the end of September 2026.
Requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Wage of $19.00 per hour.
Demonstrates a strong interest in food and the culinary arts.
Maintains food quality and presentation standards with consistency.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Shows strong attention to detail.
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adapts well to a dynamic work environment.
Prepares all menu items efficiently, meeting established standards and guest requirements.
Completes mise en place in a timely and organized manner.
Ensures cleanliness and proper storage of all food products.
Follows all applicable health regulations and safe food handling practices.
Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.
Monitors food cost, portion control, and waste reduction practices.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Journeyman certification or progress toward Red Seal certification is considered an asset.
