
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a professional landscaping company based in Calgary, for an experienced Landscaper. This role is suited to someone with 3–5 years of industry experience in landscaping who is confident operating equipment, working independently or within a crew, and delivering high-quality outdoor projects.
Hands-on landscaping: grading, sodding, planting, and hardscaping
Operating skid steers, bobcats, and supporting site preparation work
Driving trucks with trailers to transport materials and equipment
Assisting with excavation and light construction tasks
Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites organized
Ensuring all work meets high safety and quality standards
Working with team members to keep projects moving efficiently
Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles
3–5 years of landscaping experience (required)
Experience operating skid steers, bobcats and similar equipment
Confident and safe driver with experience towing trailers
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Two professional supervisor references required
Open work permits may be considered (no closed work permits)
Competitive hourly wage ($25 - $30/hour) based on experience
Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
