
Our boutique hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic casual and full-time Guest Services Agent/Valet to provide professional and friendly service while actively seeking out opportunities to assist all guests. This position will be a key player on our Front Office team.
Job Type: Full-time.
Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential; must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attend to all guests entering and exiting the lobby promptly and professionally.
Assist with all guest luggage and belongings.
Educate guests about hotel property and amenities using provided tools and training.
Maintain extensive knowledge of the surrounding region, services, and local amenities to handle concierge inquiries accurately.
Manage the front-drive efficiently and effectively in accordance with established standards.
Valet park vehicles in a safe manner while adhering to company protocols.
Maintain the physical appearance of the front-drive, entrance, and lobby, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as required.
Maintain a professional presence in the lobby area at all times between tasks.
Keep sidewalks and driveways clear of garbage, snow, gravel, and other debris.
Perform other assigned duties that fall within the scope of the position's required skills and knowledge.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with the ability to operate both automatic and standard transmissions proficiently.
A clean Driver's Abstract with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
A 3-year insurance and claims history record.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing high-end guest service.
Legal permission to work in Canada.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
