Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, institutional and multi-family construction projects from planning through completion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete life-cycle of construction projects.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.

• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders.

• Monitor project costs, quality, safety and schedule performance.

• Resolve project issues while minimizing risk.

• Ensure successful project close-out and turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.

• Experience delivering commercial, institutional or multi-family projects.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project controls.

• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar platforms is considered an asset.

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
