
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, institutional and multi-family construction projects from planning through completion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
Manage the complete life-cycle of construction projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
Monitor project costs, quality, safety and schedule performance.
Resolve project issues while minimizing risk.
Ensure successful project close-out and turnover.
5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience delivering commercial, institutional or multi-family projects.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and project controls.
Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar platforms is considered an asset.
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
$110,000+ annual salary
