This position involves assisting with day-to-day administrative operations (including mail merge), ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong tenant relationships with minimal tenant interaction.

Monitor WOs from tenants to ensure attendance from Operations and escalate anything that is a repeat complaint and submit any email requests
Manage the accounts receivables process. Attend, share information and report status in regular AR meetings Report.
Follow-up on outstanding lease documents
Contact tenants to arrange collection of outstanding arrears and establish relationships with tenants to help the flow of information
Prepare initial email and ‘Demand’ and ‘Default’ notices for late/non-payments, as directed and in accordance with the Lease
Send invoices for tenant chargebacks
Complete account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and communicating findings with the tenants as required
Prepare and distribute Rental Advice Notices when tenant rental charges change
Disburse tenant welcome packages
Assist with tenant move-ins/onboarding
Review bookings
Update PADs in Spectra/Yardi
Run Rent Rolls
2–4 years of administrative experience
Yardi experience required
Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory
Prior exposure to residential property, leasing, strata, or facilities administration (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
