Our premier hospitality firm is looking to add to our Night Audit department. Our guests arrive well into the night, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service at any hour of the day. If you are a night owl who is detail-oriented, organized, and driven by a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

  • Flexible Schedule: Candidates must have open availability to work overnight shifts, typically from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

  • Driver's License: A valid Alberta driver's license and a clean three-year driving abstract are mandatory for this role.

  • Legal Status: Applicants must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional and friendly front desk service to guests arriving or departing during the overnight hours.

  • Perform nightly audit procedures to balance financial records and ensure all guest accounts are accurate.

  • Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests throughout the night.

  • Manage administrative tasks and prepare reports for management regarding the day's financial activities.

  • Assist with valet or other guest service needs as required during the shift.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience or exposure in a Night Audit or Front Desk position is a strong asset.

  • Prior experience working within a hotel environment is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in a self-directed overnight setting.

  • Proficiency with property management systems and basic accounting principles.

  • Alberta Pro-Serve Certification is considered an asset.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check if required.
