
Resident Building Manager | Sunshine Coast, BC
Our client is seeking a Resident Building Manager to support a residential community on the Sunshine Coast, BC. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys building operations, maintenance, customer service, and being the face of a residential property.
Working closely with residents, contractors, and property management, you will play an important role in maintaining the overall appearance, operation, and resident experience of the community.
• Coordinate day-to-day building operations and resident requests
• Assist with suite turnovers, inspections, and move-ins
• Complete minor maintenance and repair work
• Coordinate contractors and service providers when required
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion
• Maintain common areas and overall property presentation
• Support leasing activities, resident communication, and administrative tasks
• Experience in building maintenance, property management, customer service, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• General maintenance and repair knowledge considered an asset
• Valid driver's license preferred
• $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary
