A residential property management organization is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a diverse, fast-paced portfolio. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for all aspects of operations—including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations—while driving both operational efficiency and financial performance. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned residential portfolio

  • Develop strong resident relationships through responsive, professional service

  • Manage leasing activities, including new leases, renewals, and move-outs

  • Ensure timely rent collection and address arrears proactively

  • Coordinate both routine and urgent maintenance with vendors and internal teams

  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards

  • Support community-building initiatives and attend resident events

  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure service quality

  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

  • Provide regular updates on property performance, maintenance, and occupancy

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2–5+ years of residential property management experience (multi-family preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid knowledge of leases, rent collection, and property compliance

  • Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional and on-site teams

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
