
A residential property management organization is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a diverse, fast-paced portfolio. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for all aspects of operations—including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations—while driving both operational efficiency and financial performance. Oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned residential portfolio
Develop strong resident relationships through responsive, professional service
Manage leasing activities, including new leases, renewals, and move-outs
Ensure timely rent collection and address arrears proactively
Coordinate both routine and urgent maintenance with vendors and internal teams
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reporting
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Support community-building initiatives and attend resident events
Manage vendor partnerships to ensure service quality
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
Provide regular updates on property performance, maintenance, and occupancy
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of residential property management experience (multi-family preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of leases, rent collection, and property compliance
Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office
Collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional and on-site teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
