Some leaders manage from behind a desk.
Others earn respect because they've been in the field, understand the work, and know when to lead, when to coach, and when to roll up their sleeves.
We're looking for the second type.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced tradesperson or maintenance leader who enjoys developing people, solving technical challenges, and creating an environment where safety, accountability, and professionalism come first.
If you're looking to leave self-employment for greater stability—or you're an experienced supervisor ready for an operational challenge—we'd like to hear from you.
You'll provide day-to-day leadership to a team of skilled technicians while ensuring maintenance activities, repairs, and improvement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of maintenance technicians.
Planning daily work and setting priorities.
Coordinating preventative maintenance programs.

Promoting a culture built around communication, accountability, and safety.
