Role Summary
Confidential search for a senior Security & Life Safety leader to oversee operations within a large, high-traffic commercial environment. This role blends strategic oversight with operational leadership, supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, team performance, and continuous improvement across a complex asset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead security, emergency preparedness, and life safety programs.
Manage supervisors, frontline personnel, and external vendors.
Oversee compliance, audits, and operational performance.
Support budgeting, reporting, and long-range planning initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders and public safety partners to maintain a secure operating environment.
Experience & Skills
Senior leadership experience within commercial security, risk, or life safety operations.
Proven ability managing teams in complex environments.
Industry credentials (CPP, PSP, ASP or similar) considered an asset.
Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
