About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support a residential portfolio in Saskatoon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, completing repairs, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining residential properties.

What You'll Do

• Complete general maintenance and repair work
• Respond to resident service requests and work orders
• Troubleshoot building systems and equipment
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers as required
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Support overall property operations and resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Experience in building maintenance, facilities, trades, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Customer service experience considered an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal record check and security screening
