Senior Property Administrator

Compensation: $77 000 annually
Role Summary
This position involves overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong tenant relationships with medium tenant interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve tenant disputes regarding charges
Review COIs and monitor in MRI Angus/Yardi
Recommend and process bad debt allowances and write-offs with approval of Senior Property Manager
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Property Administration team, and communicate between them and the Senior Property Manager
Lease abstracts
Review and enter specialty leasing, storage, parking and other license agreements
Review move-ins/onboarding checklists and follow-up on any outstanding issues
Organize tenant engagement events and activities and assist with Marketing – You R Here
Assist with major projects
Assist with new building, lease and management procedures and templates
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of property administration experience
MRI Angus & Yardi experience (required)
Experience in leadership roles
Strong communication skills
Well versed in property management processes
Strong attention to detail
