Role Overview
We are hiring Full-Time Entry-Level Concrete Labourers for immediate work across Calgary and surrounding areas—an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the construction industry. Gain hands-on experience in concrete forming and site operations while working alongside skilled crews on active job sites. If you’re motivated, dependable, and ready to learn, this is your chance to build a strong foundation in the trades.
Responsibilities
Assist with concrete form setup and removal
Carry and organize materials on site
Assist with pours, cleanup, and site preparation
Operate hand and power tools safely
Support experienced crew members as required
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and capable of heavy labour
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors
Mandatory PPE
CSA-approved safety boots
Hard hat
High-visibility vest
Work gloves
Appropriate site clothing
Schedule
Full-time
Overtime available depending on project demands
