Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Part-Time/Casual Entry-Level Concrete Labourer for ongoing projects across Calgary and surrounding areas—an excellent opportunity to step into the construction industry and gain real, hands-on experience. This role is well-suited for students, individuals seeking additional income, or anyone looking to build practical skills in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. If you’re physically active, eager to learn, and ready to be part of active job sites, this is a strong way to get your foot in the door.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with concrete forming and site cleanup

• Carry and organize materials

• Support concrete pours and preparation

• Maintain safe work areas

• Assist experienced crew members as required

Requirements

• Strong work ethic

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable with physical labour

• Ability to work outdoors

Mandatory PPE

• CSA-approved safety boots

• Hard hat

• High-visibility vest

• Work gloves

• Appropriate site clothing

Schedule

• Part-time / Casual

• Flexible scheduling available depending on project needs
