We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to support operations at a mixed-use property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with project coordination and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance activities to ensure consistent execution of daily operations and service standards

• Oversee and coordinate capital and upgrade work (e.g., roofing, paving, common area improvements), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

• Manage vendors and trades to ensure scope, quality, and budget adherence

• Execute and track preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life

• Maintain accurate work orders, reporting, and documentation with strong administrative discipline

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with an ownership mindset focused on repair vs. replacement

We're looking for

• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory capacity within maintenance, operations, or skilled trades

• Exposure to capital projects, upgrades, or contractor coordination

• Strong organizational and administrative capability

• Trade background (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) is an asset

• Power Engineering certification is considered a value-add

• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and cost awareness
