
We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to support operations at a mixed-use property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with project coordination and cost control.
Lead and support maintenance activities to ensure consistent execution of daily operations and service standards
Oversee and coordinate capital and upgrade work (e.g., roofing, paving, common area improvements), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Manage vendors and trades to ensure scope, quality, and budget adherence
Execute and track preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life
Maintain accurate work orders, reporting, and documentation with strong administrative discipline
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with an ownership mindset focused on repair vs. replacement
Proven experience in a lead or supervisory capacity within maintenance, operations, or skilled trades
Exposure to capital projects, upgrades, or contractor coordination
Strong organizational and administrative capability
Trade background (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) is an asset
Power Engineering certification is considered a value-add
Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and cost awareness
